The Susan Stripling Seminar

For those of you who don't know; I spent a very long day studying under Susan Stripling last week at The Portifino. What an amazing day (14 hours to be exact), I learned a lot & just got refreshed & inspired! Jeremy & I are stoked about our upcoming weddings & shoots! I thought I'd make a post this morning before Hara and I head out for Margaret & Nathan's wedding. Meet Tim & Jade. Really cool couple and a lot of fun to be around! So this, brings me to our next freebie and we're switching it up a little. Instead of the 1st person to e-mail us, we're looking for the 5th person to e-mail us with the subj. line...."olive juice" to receive a free session downtown. This can be families, little kids, engagements, whatever.... I don't know who it is that rolls all over pensacola, telling everyone "you are beautiful" and in the case we caught here, "olive juice", but they certainly have some mad marketing skills.... ; -}

Laura & Ethan.......Part Two

This was, indeed, a very eventful wedding. Well, at least for the groomsmen. One of the guys forgot his pants......hey, we all make mistakes, and then our best man, fell over, that's right, fell over onto the ground during the ceremony. Obviously, he couldn't help it, but I must say in the 6 years of photographing weddings, this was a 1st. Everything was fine after a little R&R, and Laura & Ethan still had an amazing wedding.

So...., the best man passed out during the ceremony.........no biggie.....he actually woke up within a minute, and had the wedding party cracking up. I don't know what he said, but apparently this guy is a trooper. He had a well deserved glass of juice, left the recept a little early, but was just fine.......

So we just got back from our "Family Self Portrait" Session. Just thought we'd share this with ya.

Michelle Won!!

Yall gotta be fast, Michelle already swept in and claimed the free baby shoot!! Although she wanted to point out that she does not have a bun in the oven, the shoot is a gift for a friend. AWWW, how SWEET!!!

Finally!!!!

Lots and lots of things going on!!! First of all let me congratulate Amy & Daniel on the baby on the way!!!! Woo Hoo!!! Congrats!!! There are just a ton of photos on this post since I've obviously been way behind on this. I also want to say thanks for all the comments lately. You guys are great! In honor of the Day family's announcement, I'd like to give out a NewBorn session (We like to do these within 10-14 days of being born). To the 1st "Soon to be Parents" to email me with the subj. "We gotta Bun In tha Oven" gets the shoot.

We had lots of fun and after all the shooting was done, some bad mexican food with Neil & CeCe.
